Ever feel like a pressure cooker with the safety valve taped shut?

You’re holding everything together, trying not to snap over something ridiculous, while wondering why working harder is somehow making everything worse.

You haven’t failed. You’ve just been under pressure for too bloody long.

The hardest part of motherhood for an ambitious woman isn’t simply how much there is to do.

It’s trying to do all of it while following a "Good-Girl Rulebook" that says:

Keep it together.
Don’t ask for too much.
Try harder.

Except motherhood doesn’t work like that. And you need a BREAK.

And when the baby’s crying, your head won’t shut up and you’re one dropped spoon away from losing your shit, you don’t need another lecture about self-care.

You need something quick to help you figure out what’s too much and take the pressure off.

Designed for real mum-life moments.

Helps you pause before the overwhelm boils over.

Understand what’s really driving your reaction.

Guides you towards one small but MIGHTY next step.

Meet Adela, coach psychologist and founder of the Mum Project Co.

I spent more than 10 years working across clinical psychology and social care, supporting parents through some of their hardest moments. Then I had my own baby and everything I thought I knew was blown wide open.

I went from decisive, capable, and firmly in control to staring at the wall thinking:

"What THE HELL just happened to me?"

(no psychology degree prepared me for that feeling)

I wasn't just tired. I questioned every decision, felt guilty for wanting 10 uninterrupted minutes and stopped trusting instincts I had relied on in my entire life.

I was actually going through matrescence - the psychological, emotional and identify shift of becoming a mother.

That’s why I created The Mum Project Co.

Not because I have motherhood perfected. Far from it. I did it because ambitious women should not be left believing they are failing when the ways they once proved their capability - coping, achieving and doing everything themselves - have stopped working.

You haven’t lost your self-trust. You’ve lost the evidence you used to build it.
